Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Right of Return
You have the right to return your purchase within 90 days of receiving your item. This extended return period is designed to give you extra peace of mind.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
- Items that are sealed for hygiene reasons (such as domes and wax filters) cannot be returned if opened unless faulty.
3. How to Request a Return
If you ordered the wrong product or need help with a return, simply email us at info@japebo.nz. We’re happy to help you get the right item and can provide a prepaid return envelope if applicable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- If the return is due to a product fault or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you selected the least expensive delivery option, we will also refund the original shipping cost.
5. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item, we will gladly help you place a replacement order. Just contact our team and we’ll sort it out for you.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
